One size doesn’t always fit all! That’s why we always provide a free estimate. We will come out to your location and look at your project. This allows us to give you the best price for your specific job! If you would like to book a free estimate you can do so here.

Our main hours are:
Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM
Saturday – 9AM – 12PM
Sunday – Closed

We know schedules can be crazy so we sometimes work outside of these hours when needed (additional charges may apply).

We do! We believe that it’s important for you to know what your project will cost upfront. This is why we visit your location prior to providing an estimate. This gives our electrician time to properly diagnose a problem or make sure we know exactly what you want. It is also a good opportunity for you to ask us questions!

This varies depending on how large the job is and what is needed in terms of materials/equipment. We will always give you an idea of how soon we can start so you can make the best decision.
Every project is different. For most smaller jobs they can usually be completed in one visit. Larger jobs may require multiple days.

Yes, we provide a warranty on all of our electrical work and materials provided by us. Our warranty lasts for 6 months from the time the job is complete. Warranty does not apply to any work not done by DH ELECTRIC or any materials supplied by anyone other than DH ELECTRIC. For more information on our warranty and other service conditions click here.

Most work can be completed without cutting the power to your entire home or commercial building. If we do need to cut power to the entire home or building we will let you know ahead of time.

Sometimes there may be other electrical issues found. If our electricians find additional electrical issues they will discuss it with you prior to doing any work. We may be able to provide a quote and fix the issue in the same visit.

We service the Hamilton & Niagara Region.

We accept cash, e-transfer or credit card payments.
