SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of Service
By accepting this service, DH ELECTRIC will complete the work as outlined in the estimate, valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the estimate expires if no work is scheduled.
Changes to Job Description
Any changes to the scope of work must be approved by DH ELECTRIC in writing. Changes may incur additional costs. If requested before signing the estimate, a revised estimate will be provided.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days, it will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month.
Invoices are sent within 24 hours of job completion.
Payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, E-transfer, and Cheque. NSF cheques incur a $150 fee.
If the account is not paid in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice due date, a lien may be placed on the property in accordance with applicable laws.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations:
Any cancellation after the estimate is signed will incur a $150 cancellation fee, which is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
Rescheduling: A fee of $150 will be charged if services are not rescheduled within 30 days.
Contractor Cancellations: DH ELECTRIC will notify customers if unable to perform services and may issue a refund or credit.
Warranty
Warranties cover DH ELECTRIC’s work and materials for up to 6 months from the final inspection or service. They do not cover materials or modifications provided by others. Warranty service is void if payments are overdue.
Photos
DH ELECTRIC may take photos of completed work for promotional purposes, excluding customers’ personal information. To opt out, contact us at info@dhelec.ca before work begins.
